Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 June 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Domal Automation website and, where relevant, our services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Domal Automation provides done-for-you lead generation, online booking, automated invoicing and follow-up systems for UK trades businesses. Contact: [email protected], London, United Kingdom.
2. Using the website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use the forms to send spam or unlawful content. The free calculator and guide are provided for general information and do not constitute financial advice.
3. Our services
The specific services, deliverables, fees and timelines are set out in a separate agreement or proposal we provide before you become a client. Plans typically include a one-off setup fee plus a monthly subscription, with no long-term lock-in — you can cancel your monthly plan in line with your agreement.
4. No guarantee of specific results
We work hard to generate enquiries and bookings, but the number of leads, jobs or revenue any business achieves depends on many factors outside our control (your pricing, response speed, market, area, conversion, and more). Any figures, examples or calculator outputs are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.
5. Payments
Where you become a client, fees are charged as set out in your agreement, typically via Stripe. Setup fees are payable upfront and monthly fees in advance. Late or failed payments may result in services being paused.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to anything we need to run your systems.
- Respond to the leads and bookings we generate — the systems bring in the work; converting it is down to you.
- Use any tools, accounts and content we provide lawfully and in line with relevant platform and marketing rules.
7. Intellectual property
The website, its content and the systems we build remain our intellectual property except as expressly agreed. You receive a licence to use the deliverables for your business for as long as you are a client.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Privacy
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
